By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Service outlined below.

Failure to comply with my Terms of Service results in immediate cancellation of your commission.

GENERAL

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request or cancel your commission at any point in the process for any reason. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason after you have paid, you will be partially or fully refunded (see REFUNDS).

I WILL NOT draw: explicit NSFW (suggestive art is OK for adult/18+ characters), extreme gore (light gore, i.e. blood smears, scratches, cuts, minor wounds are OK), fetish content, hate content, feral/anthro/mecha (human/human-like/humanoid are OK).

PAYMENTS

Payment will be through PayPal invoice or VGen.

Requests sent through VGen must only be processed through VGen’s payment system to align with VGen Terms of Service.

Commissions under $150 USD: I require full payment upfront before I begin working on your commission. If you request a payment plan, please negotiate with me before I start the commission.

REVISIONS

Whether or not I am able to make edits depends on complexity/the type of revision you are requesting. The number of revisions I am able to make also depends on how much of the commission has been completed.

Further revisions outside the agreed scope may incur a fee.

I am not responsible for any mistakes resulting from a lack of or unclear information.

Please provide all necessary traits/features and relevant references! If I make a mistake and miss anything from the information you give me, I will make the appropriate edit.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Please allow me (minimum) 1 month - (maximum) 2 months to deliver your commission.

Under extenuating circumstances, delivery time may be delayed up to 3 months, in which case I will communicate with you for an extension as soon as possible.

Commissions with hard deadlines are subject to a rush-order fee (+25%) and must be communicated before the commission is started.

ALL USE

If you decide to publish/post my commission, please credit me appropriately as the artist. Do not claim my artwork as your own creative work.

Use of my art for training AI or selling NFTs is strictly prohibited.

Directly editing/altering my art is strictly prohibited (cropping is OK).

Failure to comply results in immediate cancellation of your commission with no refund; you will be blacklisted from future commission services and reported on VGen if applicable.

COMMERCIAL USE

YOU MUST DISCLOSE IF AND HOW you plan to use my artwork for monetized content and/or commercial merchandising and describe your intended usage in your initial request.

Monetized content: +100%

Commercial merchandising: +200%

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I retain all intellectual property rights to my artwork. I reserve the right to post/publish your commission for portfolio purposes.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given unless I am unable to complete your commission for any reason. In that case ONLY, I will initiate a full or partial refund. The amount refunded depends on the progress of and type of commission.

COMMUNICATION

Please be respectful in all our communications! Sending questions and asking for updates is OK, but please be patient with me as I am a full-time university student. I will always update you promptly if there are any delays in the commission process.

Please respond to communications within a reasonable period of time. For commissions requested through VGen, all communication will be through VGen unless we discuss otherwise.

(If applicable) I will send you work-in-progress (WIP) updates for: initial thumbnail, rough sketches, flat colors/pre-rendering, first draft.
